After several teaser trailers, the first official full trailer for the screen adaptation of Scary Stories to Tell In the Dark is finally here.
The project hails from Guillermo del Toro. André Øvredal is directing from a screenplay penned by Dan Hageman and Kevin Hageman, which is based on a story by del Toro and Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan.

Set in 1960s America, the story centers on a literal book of scary stories that falls into the hands of a few teens. The teens quickly realize that its stories are coming to life and the creatures—including Harold the murderous scarecrow, the Pale Lady and the Jangly Man—are coming for them.
Starring in the horror feature are Zoe Colletti, Michael Garza, Gabriel Rush, Austin Abrams, Dean Norris, Gil Bellows, Lorraine Toussaint, Austin Zajur and Natalie Ganzhorn
Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark is coming to theaters this summer.
