The Syfy channel has released the trailer for the third season of The Expanse which features the solar system on the brink of war with the Earth, Mars and the outer planets all on the brink of war.
Last month, Syfy teased the prospect that a new season of The Expanse would be released and indicated that the crew of the Rosinate with have to deal with their past errors.
The tensions look as if they will lead to violence during the next season.
The crew has to deal with the fact that one of their own, Belter Naomi Nagata has handed over a sample of an alien protomolecule to the leader of the Outer Planets Alliance.
The same protomolecule substance was used during the show’s first season to kill the entire population of an asteroid station as was also later used for a humanoid super-soldier that attacked a group of Martian Marines during season 2.
