Only Murders in the Building presented us with three epic murder mysteries over the course of its first three seasons, and the next chapter will stick to the winning formula. Hulu teased the return of our favorite trio of true crime podcasters with the full trailer for Season 4.
According to Hulu’s official logline, Season 4 will see Charles, Oliver, and Mabel wrestle with the shocking events surrounding Charles’ stunt double & friend Sazz Pataki, and traversing their building’s courtyard to delve into the twisted lives of the Arconia’s West Tower residents while trying to solve this mystery.
The next season will also feature a Hollywood subplot, and it will see the investigation lead our favorite true crime-solving trio all the way to Los Angeles, where a Hollywood studio is working on a film inspired by their podcast.
Martin Short, Steve Martin, and Selena Gomez are coming back to solve another crime in Season 4, and they’ll be joined by several returning cast members, including Michael Cyril Creighton, Meryl Streep, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, and Jane Lynch. The show’s A-list supporting cast will also include newcomers Eugene Levy, Eva Longoria, Zach Galifianakis, Molly Shannon, Kumail Nanjiani, Melissa McCarthy, and Richard Kind.
The next season of Only Murders in the Building will feature ten episodes, set to arrive on August 27.
