Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is set in the late 60s and tells the story about TV actor Rick Dalton and his stunt double Cliff Booth as they are trying to make it in the film industry. The movie features an ensemble cast including Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, and Margot Robbie. Frequent Tarantino’s collaborators like Tim Roth, Kurt Russell, and Michael Madsen are also part of the project.

Sony recently dropped the first trailer for the movie in which we meet the main protagonists and witness 1960s Los Angeles the way Quentin Tarantino sees it. We also get things we got used from Tarantino’s movies like breaking of the fourth wall and his characteristic black humor. Check it out below.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is currently scheduled for premiere on July 26, 2019, in the United States, but it is rumored that the movie might get its first screening at the Cannes Film Festival in May. This would coincide with the 25th anniversary of Tarantino’s Palme d’Or win for Pulp Fiction.
