Netflix has dropped an official trailer for its forthcoming horror feature, In the Tall Grass.
The film is an adaptation of Stephen King’s novella of the same name, which the acclaimed author originally published in two parts in Esquire magazine in 2012 along with his son, Joe Hill.
The premise — siblings Becky and Cal get lost in a massive prairie and find themselves unable to escape. However, they soon discover that the only thing worse than getting lost is being found.
The film is directed by Vincenzo Natali from his own screenplay. It stars Harrison Gilbertson, Laysla De Oliveira, Avery Whitted, Will Buie Jr., Rachel Wilson, and Patrick Wilson.
In the Tall Grass drops October 4 on Netflix.
