This Friday, Marvell released another trailer for Avengers: Infinity War. The movie will be the third feature in the Avengers series and will bring together fan favorites from the other Marvell movies.
Robert Downy Jr. will return as Iron Man, Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow. More recent Avengers like Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) and Tom Holland’s Spiderman will also be making an appearance.
For the first time, the characters of Guardians of the Galaxy will be working with the Avengers and it looks like they will be adding a much needed comedic touch to an otherwise pretty serious looking film. In the trailer, Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) brings the banter when he tells Iron Man that his plan sucks and that he could think of a better one.
The trailer also introduces Thanos properly. We know from previous movies in the franchise that he is collecting infinity stones and Zoe Saldana’s Gamora warns the Avengers that his plan is to use the infinity stones to wipe out half the universe.
It looks like the third Avengers film will be the most intense to date. The battle is definitely the biggest and it looks like we can expect next level action scenes and serious destruction. The movie will be released on the big screen April 27th.
