Get ready for another Netflix stand-up special by Mike Birbiglia.
The stand-up comic’s Broadway show is coming to the streaming giant. The funny man himself took to social media to announce the news.
“We’re super proud of this show. I’m doing a 5 week run at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles (@ctgla). These will be the final live shows of The New One, then you can watch it over Thanksgiving dinner on Netflix. It touches on a bunch of uncomfortable topics but isn’t that what Thanksgiving is about?”
Mike Birbiglia: The New One was filmed at the Cort Theatre in Manhattan. It opened in New York last year.
Birbiglia’s first Netflix comedy special debuted back in 2013. His sophomore attempt premiered on the streaming service in 2017.
