Marvel Drops First Trailer for Superhero Epic “Eternals”

We can count on Marvel to rock our world with each new movie they share with the world, and Eternals will be no exception. The first trailer for this highly-anticipated superhero flick is here and it promises an epic journey with an amazing A-list cast.

The star-studded ensemble of this exciting project includes Richard Madden as Ikaris, Gemma Chan as Sersi, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Salma Hayek as Ajak, Angelina Jolie as Thena, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, and the first trailer offers a look at their characters.

According to Marvel’s official synopsis, Eternals will tell an “epic story, spanning thousands of years” which features “a group of immortal heroes forced out of the shadows who reunite against mankind’s oldest enemy, The Deviants.” It’s set after the events of Avengers: Endgame and the first trailer features funny references to the rest of the MCU.

Eternals was helmed by the Oscar-winning director Chloé Zhao, who also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Patrick Burleigh. It’s set to premiere on November 5th, as the third film of MCU’s Phase Four, following Black Widow and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
