CBS’ new drama has found its female lead.

Westworld actress Katja Herbers will play a forensic psychologist in Evil, a new supernatural drama that delves deep into the battle between science and religion. The pilot hails from The Good Wife creators Robert and Michelle King.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Herbers will star as Kristen Benoist, a skeptical clinical psychologist, who has teamed up with the Catholic Church to look into cases of unexplained phenomena. Their goal is to determine if these cases have a scientific explanation or rather there’s something truly supernatural about them.

Robert King will direct the pilot from a script penned by himself and his partner. The duo will also executive produce with Liz Glotzer, president of the couple’s King Size Productions.

Katja Herbers is best known for her role on HBO’s Westworld. Her other credits include Divorce, Manhunt: Unabomber, The Leftovers, and Manhattan, among others.

Evil marks the Kings’ return to the network, with their latest project for CBS was 2016’s Braindead.
