Finally, we get to see Emma Stone as 101 Dalmatians villain Cruella de Vil.
The image features Stone in character as the infamous villain Curella is here and it features the actress sporting the famous two-toned hairstyle, holding three large Dalmatians, flanked by two of her thugs.
More details about Disney’s highly-anticipated Cruella feature were unveiled Saturday by Disney Film chief Sean Bailey and director Craig Gillespie during the Walt Disney Studios presentation at D23.
Most importantly — the backstory to “one of Disney’s so-called great villains” will take place in the punk rock era of the 1970s.
Emma Thompson stars opposite Stone in an unknown role, as well as Paul Walter Hauser and Joel Fry.
The latest version of the script was penned by Tony McNamara. Marc Platt, Kristin Burr and Andrew Gunn are producing the film.
Cruella will hit theaters May 28th, 2021.
