NCIS is having a JAG reunion!

Yep, you read right, a JAG reunion is going to happen on the set of NCIS: Los Angeles.

Just four days after is was announced that David James Elliott will reprise his JAG role as apt. Harmon “Harm” Rabb Jr. for a multi-episode arc on the show, we now learn that he will be joined by JAG co-star, Catherine Bell. Elliott will be joined by Bell as Lt. Col. Sarah “Mac” MacKenzie for the series’ season finale on May 19. Elliott will first appear in the show’s May 12 episode.

“Catherine’s Mac was a strong, smart woman who held her own, and then some, in a male-dominated world,” NCIS: LA executive producer R. Scott Gemmill said in a statement. “Her character paved the way for other strong female leads. Not only is it great to be working together again as friends, but to be able to write for Catherine and have her same character interact with our NCIS: Los Angeles characters now, that’s wonderfully surreal. It feels like everything has come full circle.”

JAG debuted in 1995 and ran for 10 seasons. This is the first time either Bell or Elliott have reprised their JAG roles.
