We’re not exactly sure what the future holds for the MCU after Avengers: Endgame, but Brie Larson has a couple of pretty amazing suggestions. TheCaptain Marvel star supports the idea of an all-female Marvel film, and believes this project would be “powerful and iconic”.

The Oscar-winning actress is currently busy promoting Endgame with the rest of her co-stars, and she recently set down with CNET for an in-depth interview. After being asked if she’d like to see Captain Marvel teaming up with any other superheroes, Larson had a few of them in mind.

“I’m still really into this idea of an all-female Avengers movie. Getting all the women together and getting them to work as a team would be so powerful and iconic… To see women work together, and in that way as a team, is not something we’ve seen enough of on screen,” said Brie Larson.

Captain Marvel was the first stand-alone Avengers movie with a female superhero at the front and center. It premiered on March 8 and went on to become the first female-led superhero movie to cross the $1 billion mark worldwide.
