For those of you who aren’t familiar with London’s biggest immersive screening event, Secret Cinema has been bringing our favorite movies to life for years.
Last year, the company recreated the set of Blade Runner in an abandoned factory. Hundreds of guests dressed up as replicants and detectives and roamed through a full-sized replica of the movie set. After interacting with a dystopian 2019 LA, guests headed to a giant movie theatre to watch the feature with hundreds of others.
This year, the theme of Secret Cinema is James Bond and glamour is to be expected. The event usually takes place once a year only for 2019, Secret Cinema will be hosting two major events. And the second will be based on Stranger Things.
For the first time ever, fans will be able to step inside the smaller screen series. The event spokespeople said that the event will: “introduce new storylines, characters, locations and will revisit much-loved narratives and fawned over fan moments concerning the pupils of Hawkins High School.”
The location is yet to be revealed (it’s a secret, after all)… but the first night will take place on November 13.
