Multiple outlets confirm that Travis Knight could be departing Uncharted.
The film, which stars Tom Holland could be facing delays due to Tom Holland’s scheduling constraints.
Holland is set to play Spiderman in a Sony film, expected July 16, 2021. Since the production of that movie could very likely push Uncharted back from its current December 18, 2020, date, Knight is unlikely to stick around.
Whether or not production is delayed, both Holland and Mark Wahlberg will remain attached to the film. Uncharted is an action-adventure based upon the PlayStation video game series.
Knight made his directorial debut with last year’s Bumblebee.
