Tyler Perry is the latest filmmaker to team with Netflix on a feature film.
Multiple outlets confirm that the writer-director-producer has teamed with the streaming giant for a new thriller titled A Fall from Grace. Perry also confirmed the news Friday on Twitter captioning a poster for the film with,“My next movie guys!!! This is an amazing thriller!!!”
The feature stars Crystal Fox, Phylicia Rashad, Bresha Webb, Cicely Tyson, and Perry himself. According to Netflix’s Strong Black Lead Twitter account, A Fall From Grace will be “centered around a divorced woman who feels restored by a new romance, secrets soon start to erode her short-lived joy.”
A Fall from Grace will debut on the platform January 17, 2020.
