Season 31 of The Simpsons has just tapped one of Hollywood’s power couples to guest star.
The forthcoming season of everyone’s favorite yellow family has just added husband and wife John Legend and Chrissy Teigen to its 31st season guest roster.
Fox announced the news Wednesday.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the couple will play themselves. “Who else but John Legend could sing a song so emotionally powerful that it would make the people of Springfield do something smart?” Simpsons executive producer Matt Selman told the outlet. “Who else but Chrissy Teigen would befriend Marge in the comments section of Instagram?”
The next season of the Fox animated comedy has a slew of A-listers signed up to lead their voices including Jason Momoa, Bryan Cranston, Niecy Nash, Megan Mullally, Holly Hunter, Mary Steenburgen, and Billy Eichner.
The Simpsons returns to Fox on September 29.
