Rose Leslie’s Maia Rindell has officially had her swan song.

TVLine confirms that the 32-year-old actress who played Rindell on the CBS All Access courtroom drama and appeared in the first three seasons of the series, will not return for season 4 of The Good Fight

Creators Robert and Michelle King confirmed Leslie’s departure from the show at San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday. The duo even added that the previous season’s final episode was her “sendoff.” To be honest, it does make some sense seeing that the season 3 finale saw Maia head off to Washington DC to launch a new firm with Michael Sheen’s Roland Blum.

Leslie makes three original cast members to exit the show ahead of its fourth season — she joins Justin Bartha and Erica Tazel. Staying abroad for the forthcoming season are Audra McDonald, Michael Boatman, and Nyambi Nyambi.

The Good Fight‘s 10-episode fourth season is set to return next year.
