After the success of Black Mirror: Bandersnatch, Netflix is now working hard to offer their subscribers more interactive content. The streaming service giant recently announced they are preparing a new survival series You Vs. Wild that will star survival specialist and television presenter Bear Grylls.

The series will see Grylls trying to survive in harsh environments around the world, but there will be a special twist involved.  Majority of his decisions will be left to the viewers, who will get to choose the way Man vs. Wild star will handle a certain situation.

You Vs. Wild premiers on April 10th and the first season is set to have eight episodes.

“I’m so proud to deliver this first-of-its-kind live-action interactive series, really giving viewers an all-access pass to explore the world and its landscapes in my boots.” – said Grylls in a statement.

Besides the announcement video, Netflix also gave the audience a small glimpse into the concept of this intriguing show. They released an interactive trailer which features a FaceTime request from Bear Grylls. The viewer has an option to choose to accept the call or to decline it with each decision having a different consequence.
