Netflix Cancels “AJ And The Queen”

Netflix has canceled AJ and the Queen after one season only. 

The news was confirmed by series creator and star RuPaul on Friday via Twitter. 

“End of the road for AJ and The Queen,” RuPaul shared on Twitter Friday. “Netflix has decided to not extend our trip across America. Thank you for all the love & support. We’re so very proud of the work.”

The series hailed from RuPaul and 2 Broke Girls co-creator and former Sex and the City show runner Michael Patrick King and starred Izzy G., Michael-Leon Wooley, Tia Carrere, Josh Segarra, and Katerina Tannenbaum.

The 10-episode series launched on Netflix on January 10.
