Netflix continues to draw the best talents from the comedy world. This time, the streaming service giant tapped Austin Powers star Mike Myers as the star of his own comedy series.

According to Deadline, Myers will play multiple characters in the yet-untitled limited series which received a six-episode order from Netflix. The 55-year-old actor will also serve as the executive producer for the show alongside John Lyons (The Young Pope) and Jason Weinberg (The Gong Show). Further details about the show, including premiere date and the rest of the cast, are yet to be revealed.

“I love creating characters, and Netflix has given me a fantastic playground to play in,” said Myers about the show.

After taking a lengthy break from acting, Mike Myers returned to big screens in 2018 and starred in movies Terminal and Bohemian Rhapsody. He also joined NBC’s amateur talent contest The Gong Show hosting the show as a fictional character Tommy Maitland.
