Variety reports that two of Hollywood’s biggest names have teamed on a new TV project titled The Auteur.
Taika Waititi, director of the acclaimed Jojo Rabbit has teamed with Jude Law on what is said to be a Hollywood satire based on the One Press graphic novel series by Rick Spears and James Callahan.
Per Deadline, Law will play the title character, while Waititi is attached to direct, though it is unknown how many episodes he’ll direct. Taika will also co-write the show with Peter Warren. Eric Gitter and Dan Halsted will executive produce.
It is unknown when the show will go into production.
