The Timeless actor has been cast in the upcoming ABC drama pilot.
Multiple outlets confirm that Goran Višnjić is set to star as the iconic Count Dracula in The Brides. He joins previously announced Gina Torres and Katherine Reis.
The Brides, a contemporary reimagining of the Dracula story, follows a trio of empowered, immortal women — the brides of Dracula — and the things they do to maintain wealth, prestige legacy and their nontraditional family.
In the series, the powerful, ageless, and iconic King of Night who “turned” each of his three brides, Višnjić’s Dracula is left for dead at his destroyed castle in the Carpathian mountains while his three wives flee to start a new life together.
Visnjic’s other TV credits include ER, Extant and Santa Clarita Diet.
