David Duchovny Joins “The Craft” Reboot

David Duchovny is delving into the realm of witchery. 

Deadline reports that Duchovny, best known for his role on The X-Files, has joined the cast of the upcoming reboot of The Craft from Zoe Lister-Jones. 

Billed as a reimagining of the 1996 cult classic about a quartet of teenage witches who wreak havoc, the film written and directed by Zoe Lister-Jones will star Cailee Spaeny, Gideon Adlon, Lovie Simone, Zoey Luna, and Nicholas Galitzine.

No details of Duchovny’s character have been revealed. 

The original starred Robin Tunney, Fairuza Balk, Rachel True, and Neve Campbell. Despite only earning $24.8 million at the box office it became a cult classic.

Duchovny is currently working on a film adaptation of his novel, Bucky F*cking Dent
