Now it is up to three high-school students to stop the ravenous witches from wreaking a new kind of havoc on Salem before dawn on All Hallow’s Eve.”
Whitney Peak, Belissa Escobedo, and Lilia Buckingham will play the teenagers who accidentally brought the Sanderson sisters back to life. The rest of the supporting cast will include Doug Jones (The Shape of Water), Hannah Waddingham (Ted Lasso), Tony Hale (Veep), and Sam Richardson (The Afterparty).
The first Hocus Pocus film premiered in 1993, and it went on to become a Halloween classic thanks to its annual airings on Disney around this holiday. Hocus Pocus 2 will stream exclusively on Disney+ and it’s set to premiere on September 30.
