]]>Bell and Brody lead this series as Joanne and Noah, a dating podcaster and an unconventional rabbi, as they find themselves in an unexpected relationship despite their differing ways of life. Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons, Stephanie Faracy, Michael Hitcock, Tovah Feldshuh, Paul Ben-Victor, Emily Arlook, Jackie Tohn, and Sherry Cola are also a part of the show’s ensemble cast.
Nobody Wants This is loosely based on the life of its creator Erin Foster. She served as showrunner of the show’s first season with Craig DiGregorio, but they’ll be replaced by the Girls duo Jenni Konner and Bruce Eric Kaplan in Season 2.
“I am excited beyond belief to be a part of Season 2 of Nobody Wants This, created by the hilarious Erin Foster. It is such a unique and beautiful show, and I am already having the best time working on it,” said Kaplan in a a statement.
Nobody Wants This debuted on September 26 with all ten episodes and quickly topped Netflix’s list of the top ten English TV shows.
