Season 47 finale of Saturday Night Live aired on NBC this weekend and it was as emotional as it gets. Four beloved cast members bid farewell to the popular sketch comedy that put them on the map and here are the hilarious sketches they used to say goodbye.

Pete Davidson

Since joining the show in 2014, Davidson became one of SNL’s most popular stars, but his departure was a long time coming. He used his ongoing skit on Weekend Update and the parody rap song “Forgot About Lorne” featuring Eminem to say goodbye.

Kate McKinnon

During her ten-year tenure on SNL, McKinnon made it clear she’s a movie star in the making and starred in Ghostbusters, The Spy Who Dumped Me, and Bombshell. She said “Live From New York, It’s Saturday Night Live” for one last time in the popular sketch Close Encounter.

Aidy Bryant

Bryant joined SNL in 2012, just like McKinnon, and starred in Hulu comedy Shrill along the way. She said goodbye in the Weekend Update skit alongside Bowen Yang and appeared in several more sketches throughout the show.

Kyle Mooney

Mooney never reached the same level of fame as the previous three stars, but his quirky characters were a welcomed addition to SNL. He said goodbye in a “9 to 5” parody alongside the SNL veteran Fred Armisen.

NBCUniversal has unveiled the first look at the Judd Apatow-directed comedy starring Pete Davidson. The semi-autobiographical comedy is based on Davidson’s own life, including the loss of his firefighter father on 9/11.

Here’s the film’s official synopsis:

“Scott (Davidson) has been a case of arrested development ever since his firefighter father died when he was seven. He’s now reached his mid-20s having achieved little, chasing a dream of becoming a tattoo artist that seems far out of reach. As his ambitious younger sister (Maude Apatow) heads off to college, Scott is still living with his exhausted ER nurse mother (Marisa Tomei) and spends his days smoking weed, hanging with the guys — Oscar (Ricky Velez), Igor (Moises Arias) and Richie (Lou Wilson) — and secretly hooking up with his childhood friend Kelsey (Bel Powley). But when his mother starts dating a loudmouth firefighter named Ray (Bill Burr), it sets off a chain of events that will force Scott to grapple with his grief and take his first tentative steps toward moving forward in life.”
