Multiple outlets confirmed that the show from creator Jonah Ray has been canceled after two seasons. Ray and the streamer giant confirmed the news. 

“We don’t know what the future holds for the show,” Ray tweeted Tuesday adding, “it always seemed to figure out how to survive. From Comedy Central to SyFy. Then kept alive by RIFFTRAX & Cinematic Titanic. Whatever happens, I want everybody to know that getting a chance to be on this show was a dream come true.”

The original show debuted in 1988 and ran for 10 seasons and 197 episodes before going off the air. The newest iteration made its return to the silver screen following a successful Kickstarter campaign to help land the show at Netflix spearheaded by Joel Hodgson.

In addition to Ray, MST3K starred Baron Vaughn as the voice of Tom Servo, Hampton Yount as the voice of Crow, Felicia Day as Kinga Forrester, and Patton Oswalt as Max.
