]]>1. Jessica Jones
Krysten Ritter is fantastic as the first televised Marvel female heroine. It’s boldly feminist and possesses enough personality to make up for any plot holes.
2. Agent Carter
Despite being cancelled after just two seasons, the story of Peggy Carter is funny, aesthetically pleasing and incredibly well written.
3. Daredevil
The Daredevil TV series is far better on all accounts than the movie adaptation and demonstrates how successful a superhero TV show can be.
4. Luke Cage
Luke Cage has a vibrant, well rounded cast and the series is culturally relevant and important.
5. Cloak and Dagger
The newest addition to the Marvel television franchise has gone down well and has a fantastic array of versatile characters.
6. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D
The series ties in well with MCU but is a little muddled in places. Still, it has a good following and has the potential to continue running alongside the movies.
7. The Punisher
Jon Bernthal’s Punisher was the highlight of Daredevil but wasn’t cut out for two whole seasons.
8. The Defenders
Despite uniting Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Luke Cage and Daredevil, this series just didn’t come together well.
9. The Runaways
The Runaways probably deserves to be rated a little higher on this list as there are some great bits, especially at the start of season one. Unfortunately, it is derived from one of Marvel’s best comics so loses points for being a disappointing adaptation.
10. Iron Fist
It’s dull, unimaginative and caused is controversially dated.
11. Inhumans
There’s not much good to say about this garish adaptation.
