]]>The third movie in the franchise will be called Bill & Ted Face the Music and will follow on from the previous features Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure (1989) and Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey (1991)
The original creators Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon have returned to pen the script and Dean Parisot has been confirmed as director.
“We couldn’t be more excited to get the whole band back together again,” Reeves and Winter said. “Chris and Ed wrote an amazing script, and with Dean at the helm, we’ve got a dream team!”
The new film will catch up with Bill & Ted now that they are middle-aged and are caught up in family life. A visitor from the future appears to warn the best friends that only their song, the greatest song ever written, can save life as we know it and thus the adventure begins.
The film is currently in pre-production and we can’t wait to find out more.
